  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (for the dip)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture and knead until a soft dough forms, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. In a large pot, bring 10 cups of water and baking soda to a boil.
