  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced avocado, chopped smoked salmon, shredded cheese, and dill (if using).
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
