1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Ice cubes

Instructions

In a blender, combine fresh blueberries, sliced strawberries, orange juice, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove pulp and seeds, if desired. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. This will be used to top the elixir.
To serve, fill glasses halfway with ice cubes, then pour the berry citrus mixture over the ice.
