Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
  4. Stir in the mixed berries, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice until well combined.
  5. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can also be enjoyed warm!
