  • 4 cups sparkling water or soda

  4. Top off each glass with sparkling water, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with additional basil leaves and a few whole berries before serving.

Notes

Tip: For a non-sweet version, skip the honey and use unsweetened sparkling water. Adjust the sweetness to taste!

For an extra kick, feel free to add a splash of lemon juice or a hint of ginger to enhance the flavors. You can also substitute the mixed berries with your favorite fruits such as peaches or mango for a different take. If you’re looking to make this drink even more festive, consider adding a splash of sparkling wine for a bubbly twist!

To store leftovers, keep the mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Just be sure to give it a good stir before serving. Garnish with additional basil leaves or a few whole berries for an elegant touch!
