This Frothy Peach-Basil Iced Tea combines the sweet, juicy flavor of fresh peaches with the aromatic touch of basil for a unique and refreshing drink. The frothy texture comes from whipping the tea, creating a delightful mouthfeel that sets this beverage apart from traditional iced teas.
Perfect for summer gatherings or a relaxing afternoon, this drink is not only visually appealing but also easy to prepare. Using ripe, juicy peaches and fresh basil elevates the standard iced tea experience, making it a crowd-pleaser.

Notes
Tip: For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream to froth the tea for a creamy texture.
For an extra boost of flavor, try using herbal or green tea instead of regular black tea. If fresh peaches aren’t in season, frozen peaches can be a great alternative. Just thaw them before blending for a smooth consistency.
Store any leftover iced tea in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To serve, simply re-froth it or stir well before enjoying. This drink also makes a wonderful base for a light cocktail – just add a splash of your favorite spirit!
