Notes
Tip: For a non-alcoholic version, this drink can be made without any additional spirits, or for a fun twist, add a splash of vodka or rum for an adult beverage.
For a stronger ginger flavor, consider adding fresh grated ginger or a splash of ginger syrup. If you prefer a sweeter drink, adjust the honey or sugar to your taste. This iced tea can be made a few hours in advance; however, add the sparkling water just before serving to maintain its fizz.
Leftover iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days, but it’s best enjoyed fresh. Serve it over ice for a refreshing treat, and garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves for an extra touch.
